Based on the poignant folklore of an elephant that refused to abandon its trapped companion, ultimately perishing together as the tide rose, the sculpture stands as a powerful symbol of unwavering friendship and remembrance. Officially unveiled in February 2024, it was created to strengthen community identity and beautify Kampung Koh, while celebrating Sitiawan’s cultural heritage.
